Landlords
We offer two pricing structures for landlords in Norwich. If you want to be involved in the management of your property portfolio, we offer a Straight One-Off Fee. For this we find the tenant, do the security checks, and complete the Tenancy Agreement.
The Straight One-Off Fee is 50% of the first month's rent.
Alternatively, if you don't want to be involved in the day-to-day management of your properties, Garrould Letting will manage everything for you. We call this the Total Management Service.
Our fee is 8% for the Total Management Service.
Tenants
At Garrould's we find the best property for you so you can feel secure, comfortable and happy in your new home. Should your property ever develop a problem, such as a leaky roof or a mis-behaving boiler, we will call upon our team of maintenance professionals who are honest, reliable and reasonably priced.
Renting with Garroulds is a three step process.
1) Once you've found a property you like, we require a £100 fully refundable deposit while we carry out the referencing process.
2) On successful completion of the referencing process, the £100 deposit will be credited against the damage deposit required by your landlord. We then arrange move-in dates with you and ensure the necessary paperwork is completed.
3) On the day of signing, we require the remainder of the damage deposit and the first month's rent.
